Inside Bets And Outside Bets

You can place your chips either in a horizontal line or vertical line. By placing your bets between two numbers this gives you double probability chance of winning. The payout is at 17:1.
3. Street bet or line bet - street betting and split betting has something in common. In split bets you place your bets on two numbers while street betting you place your bets on three numbers at the same time. You can do this by positioning your chips on the line that separates three numbers. Now you have three chances of winning. The payout is 11:1.
4. Corner bet or quad bet - this time your are betting on four numbers, to do this you have to position your chips on the four corners of the number that you wished to bet. The numbers have to be on a square position on the layout like the numbers 11, 12, 14 and 15. Now your probability of winning increase four times. The payout is 8:1.
5. Basket bet or five numbers bet - this means that you are betting five numbers on the layout the following numbers are 0, 00, 1, 2 and 3. Your chips are position to cover these five numbers all at the same time. However, most experienced roulette players do not highly suggest this kind of bet since this increases the casino advantage to 7%.89, which is why this is also considered as the worst bet in roulette. Outside Bets:

2. Dozens bet - these are bets made by dozens or chips placed on a bet with 12 consecutive numbers. This may also be called as Group Bets. You may bet on the first group of twelve numbers 1-12, on the second group 13-24 or on the third group 25-36. Your bets placed on these numbers will give you 2:1 payout.
3. Column bets - this bet is done by placing your chips on all 12 numbers again but on a vertical lines. This is the space just right under the final number in the column. The payout is 2:1.
